Delay Repay for Trainline Business customers
Download the passenger level report from Trainline Business and upload it to Railhop. Railhop checks every journey against how the trains ran and shows the Delay Repay compensation your company is eligible for, free.
How do we download the report?
Open Reporting
Sign in to Trainline Business as an admin, open Account settings, then Reporting.
Choose the dates
Under Download booking history, choose the last 35 days. Trainline filters the report by journey date, and most train companies accept claims for 28 days after travel, so 35 days covers every claim still open.
Download the passenger level report
Choose Passenger level report and Download CSV. The file is named like passenger_transactions_from_01_09_2026_to_05_10_2026.csv.
Upload it to Railhop
Upload the CSV to your company's Railhop workspace. Railhop recognises the Trainline Business format, so there are no columns to match.

Why the passenger level report?
It names who travelled on each booking, so every claim is made in the right passenger's name. The booking level report names only the booker.
How often should we upload?
Once a week works well: download the last 35 days each time. Railhop recognises journeys it has already seen, so overlapping reports are fine.
Doesn't Trainline already tell travellers about delays?
Trainline can notify a traveller after a delayed journey with a link to the train company's website. Railhop adds the company view: every eligible journey across your team, its deadline, and the claim form filled in for your admin or the traveller to submit.
Where is the compensation paid?
To your company's bank account, where the train company's form offers it. A few train companies pay only to the card that paid, which for a Trainline Business account card means the company.
